  • Door Design

    The cabinet adopts a single flat hexagonal mesh front door and a double flat hexagonal mesh rear door with high ventilation performance. This design effectively combines:

    • Mechanical protection
    • Efficient ventilation and heat dissipation
    • Convenient monitoring of equipment operating status

    For example, the mesh structure allows users to easily observe equipment indicator lights while ensuring smooth airflow to dissipate heat generated by the devices.

    Materials & Installation

    The square-hole mounting rails and installation beams are made of fingerprint-resistant galvanized aluminum-zinc steel, while the remaining parts use high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel.

    Material thickness:

    • Square-hole rails: 2.0mm
    • Installation beams: 1.5mm
    • Other parts: 1.2mm

    The aluminum-zinc coated rails and beams provide automatic equipotential bonding during equipment installation. The burr-free square-hole design also helps prevent hand injuries during installation and maintenance.

    The cabinet uses a welded profile frame structure with high strength and large internal installation space.

    • Three-section bottom panel design, with a removable center cover for flexible cable access
    • Three-section quick-release side doors, each section independently removable for easier maintenance and equipment operation

    Door Locks & Grounding

    The front and rear doors are equipped with elegant premium locks, such as moon-handle cabinet locks or moon-style locks, combining security with aesthetics.

    All major components are pre-installed with grounding studs and protective covers, ensuring safe and reliable grounding performance.

    • Phosphating

    Afterward, electrostatic powder coating is applied to enhance appearance, corrosion resistance, and overall service life.
