The OPGW Tension Clamp is engineered to securely anchor OPGW cables on transmission towers, minimizing static stress at suspension points and enhancing resistance to aeolian vibration and wind-induced dynamic loads. Made of high-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel, it prevents harmful stress concentration and maintains cable curvature within safe limits to avoid bending-induced fiber loss.

·Inner layer sheath wire pre-twisted wire: Made of aluminum-clad steel wire, the inner wall of the pre-twisted wire has a layer of white corundum corundum to increase friction.

·Outer layer tension pre-twisted wire: Made of aluminum-clad steel wire, the pre-twisted wire is made into a bundle, and white corundum corundum is glued to the inner wall to increase the tensile strength of the tension clamp under the condition of reducing pressure on the optical cable.

·Heart-shaped ring: hot-dip galvanized precision casting. The breaking load is 70kN, 100kN, and 120kN.

·Hanging plate: hot-dip galvanized steel, which connects the heart-shaped ring and the U-shaped hanging ring. The breaking load is 70kN, 100kN, and 120kN.

·U-shaped hanging ring: hot-dip galvanized steel U-shaped hanging ring, which plays the role of connecting with the pole tower fasteners.
