Suspension Set | Product Standards
Suspension Set has a gripping force of 10%-20% RTS (RTS is the ultimate tensile strength of the optical cable), and is suitable for a span greater than 200m. It consists of an inner pre-twisted wire sheath, an outer pre-twisted wire, a set of suspension components (a set of suspension housing, a set of rubber gaskets, and a set of bolts, nuts, and washers), a set of right-angle hanging rings, and a set of U-shaped hanging rings.
Suspension Set | Product Features
·Inner pre-twisted wire sheath: Made of specific aluminum alloy wire, directly wrapped around the outer layer of the optical cable.
·Outer pre-twisted wire: Made of specific aluminum alloy wire.
·Suspension assembly: Consists of (a) rubber gasket, (b) aluminum casing, (c) bolt, (d) washer, () nut, (f) anti-loosening pin. The rubber gasket is made of high-quality rubber and central reinforcement, with high strength and elasticity, and small compression deformation; the aluminum casing is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy pressure casting; bolts, nuts, washers, and anti-loosening pins are hot-dip galvanized standard parts.
·U-type hanging ring: hot-dip galvanized steel U-type hanging ring, U-4, the breaking load is 40kN; U-7, the breaking load is 70kN.
·ZH-type hanging ring: hot-dip galvanized steel ZH-type hanging plate, ZH-4, the breaking load is 40kN; ZH-7, the breaking load is 70kN.
