Short Description:

RG6 coaxial cable uses 18 AWG high-purity oxygen-free copper conductor that is polished and drawn. The physical foamed polyethylene insulation layer achieves a low dielectric constant through a nitrogen foaming process. Full coverage shielding is achieved with double-sided aluminum foil with a longitudinal overlap of ≥15%. The outer layer is woven with a tinned copper mesh (density ≥95%) at an angle of 55°-65° by a 24-spindle braiding machine. Finally, the weather-resistant PVC/LSZH sheath is gradient cooled and shaped to form a double-shielded anti-interference structure.
