Short Description:

ADSS double jacket optical cable adopts an enhanced loose tube layer twisted structure, and the ultra-low loss 250µm optical fiber is precisely embedded in a high-modulus polyester loose tube. The tube is filled with a self-developed gel-like fully water-blocking compound to achieve molecular-level protection of the optical fiber. The loose tube and the high-strength non-metallic reinforcing core (FRP) are formed into an ultra-dense cable core through S-Z twisting technology, and nano-scale water-blocking paste is injected into the gap between the cable cores to form a triple waterproof barrier. The innovative double-layer sheath design is adopted: the inner layer is a compression-resistant high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheath, and the millimeter-level thickness control is achieved through a vacuum sizing process; the outer layer is a composite electrical tracking-resistant AT or PE polyethylene sheath, and the double sheath molecular chains are cross-linked through a special co-extrusion technology to form a composite protective layer that is resistant to ultraviolet rays and electrical corrosion.
