Short Description:

Air-blown miniature cable GCYFXTY features a 250µm singlemode/multimode fiber core enclosed in a polymer loose tube. The tube is injected with an environmentally friendly waterproof gel to prevent moisture ingress, while non-metallic aramid yarn is spirally wound around the tube with a compressive strength of up to 2000N. The final UV-stabilized HDPE jacket (available in black or color-coded options) ensures long-term durability against chemical corrosion and extreme temperatures (-40°C to +70°C).

• All-non-metallic structure
The design without metal components avoids electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), and is suitable for sensitive scenarios such as substations and hospitals.

• Anti-tube retraction technology
The precision-molded tight-tube buffer layer, combined with low thermal expansion coefficient materials, ensures the stability of optical fiber under temperature changes from -30℃ to 70℃.

• High-strength aramid reinforcement
The longitudinal aramid yarn has a tensile strength of ≥1000N, which meets the mechanical requirements of overhead/pipeline laying.

• Double waterproof protection
The loose tube is filled with waterproof gel, and the outer sheath is seamlessly connected, passing the industry standard immersion test (1m water depth/24h).

• Flexible and easy to construct
The minimum bending radius is 10 times the cable diameter (static) and 20 times the cable diameter (dynamic), which is suitable for wiring in small spaces.

• Air-blowing laying optimization
The compact cable body design and low friction coefficient sheath on the surface increase the air-blowing efficiency by more than 30%.
